Selling Your Home

In accordance with the Yardley Manor Homeowners Association Bylaws, if you are considering selling your home, you must:
  • Notify the Association and the Property Management Company (EXIT Blue Water Realty) of any contract to sell your home. This is usually handled by the respective attorneys. Please be sure to give the Association document to the Buyer.
  • Notify the Buyer of all fees associated with the Yardley Manor Homeonwers Association, including the non-refundable one-time inception fee of $925.00 per Article VI of the association's Bylaws. Please see a copy of the Bylaws for more information.
